Important Notice
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how Azen Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Azen," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, stores, retains, and shares your information when you visit our website. Because Azen Technologies provides mission critical sovereign AI solutions for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), Law Enforcement, and Critical Security, we treat privacy and data sovereignty with the highest priority. By accessing our website, you consent to the terms of this Policy.
1. General Information & Scope
This Policy governs data practices on the Azen Technologies website. Important Distinction: This policy applies only to data collected through our public website and secure documentation portals. The actual operational data processed by our software products (Spectra AI, Identix, Clarion AI, LinkScope, and OmniCore) is governed by separate Enterprise Agreements and is designed to run 100% on premises or in air gapped environments. We do not have access to your classified or operational data.
2. User Roles and Data Collection
You interact with our website as a visitor, prospective client, or authorized user of our secure portal. We may collect the following information when you contact us, request a demo, or log into our portal:
- Name and Job Title
- Official/Agency Email Address and Phone Number
- Organization Name (e.g., specific Law Enforcement, Defense, or Enterprise entity)
- Country and Jurisdiction
- Inquiry details regarding our software solutions
3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Data Usage
We process your website data for the following purposes:
- Responding to deployment inquiries and providing secure support.
- Verifying credentials for access to our secure portal for API access, integration guides, and IT deployment briefs.
- Communicating updates regarding our AI tools for Electronic Warfare (EW), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and strategic command.
Our legal basis includes legitimate business interests, contractual necessity (for portal users), and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Absolute Data Sovereignty (Product Data vs. Website Data)
We guarantee that your operational intelligence is your most critical asset. While we collect basic contact info on this website, our software ecosystem, including OmniCore and Clarion AI, is engineered for zero trust, high security environments. If you become a client, our software is deployed entirely on your own isolated servers or air gapped networks. Your sensitive files never leave your facility, and no third party vendor ever touches your evidence.
5. Third Party Services and Analytics
Our public website may use standard third party analytics to monitor site traffic and improve user experience. These tools collect anonymized usage data. We do not use third party tracking on our secure documentation portals.
6. Data Security
Information collected via our website is stored securely with strict internal controls, encryption, and limited access. We maintain compliance with Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011.
7. Data Retention Policy
Your contact and inquiry data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill your request, maintain customer relationships, or comply with regulatory obligations.
8. User Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data you submitted through our website. Please contact us to exercise these rights. Verification of your identity and organizational affiliation will be required given the sensitive nature of our clientele.
9. International and Legal Compliance
Azen Technologies Pvt. Ltd. operates under and complies with Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000. Data practices also align with global standards to accommodate international defense and enterprise visitors.
